The reinforced structure and high-strength steel discs ensure excellent cutting performance, long service life and reduced maintenance even in heavy-duty applications.

The 5 discs Ø 400 mm are equipped with 72 teeth each featuring tungsten carbide tips (TCT), ideal for fast, clean and precise cutting on woody vegetation and branches up to approximately 90 mm in diameter.

Power is transmitted through a bidirectional piston hydraulic motor with case drain and a displacement of 23 cc/rev, a professional solution designed to deliver high efficiency, increased torque and consistent performance even during intensive and continuous operation.

Compared with traditional orbital hydraulic motors, the piston motor offers higher mechanical efficiency, lower energy losses and a greater ability to maintain cutting performance under heavy loads and in dense vegetation.

The transmission system incorporates 4 V-belts, helping absorb mechanical shock loads and reduce vibrations while improving reliability, operator comfort and component longevity.

Technical notes:

The carrier machine must be equipped with a hydraulic system featuring a free oil return line. In the event of excessive flow, the oil must be able to return directly to the tank return line, preventing overpressure and ensuring proper operation of the hydraulic motor.

It is also essential to verify that the hydraulic flow and pressure of the carrier machine are compatible with the cutting bar specifications.
